Anyone used a BOB Revolution Duallie as both their jogging stroller and everday stroller?

I’m planning to get a BOB Revolution Duallie, but I was wondering if it could also fulfill our everday double-stroller needs. I’m hoping to get by with just ONE double stroller. I was thinking this might serve both purposes …

I am pretty sure people use them for both jogging and everyday stuff. They are kind of wide though so might want to be sure they fit through doors and whatnot.

We don’t own one so I can’t be too much help (sorry). We own a Phil & Teds with doubler kit though and LOVE it.

Can anyone recommend a double jogging stroller for older kids that isn’t too expensive?

I have a 37 lb girl and a 50-55 lb autistic boy that I want to take along with me while I let my 8 year old ride her bike. Most jogging strollers I have found say 50 pounds per seat. I have never had one so I wasn’t sure if that would work or not.
thanks,
Jana

I have a jeep wagoneer (blue and black) walking carriage. It looks like a jogger but the front wheel turns or can be locked which is the difference between a walking and jogging stroller. It holds up to a 65 pound child. I am assuming that the double version is the same. It is about $140.00.

I love mine and use it walking and jogging.

What snack tray parent or child works with the Safety First Evolution jogging stroller?

I just recently bought the Safety first evolution travel system, and it doesn’t come with a parent tray OR a snack tray for the child. I am hesitant to buy trays online unless I know they fit. Anyone have ANY recommendations?? I don’t know how the stroller could even function without either of these…
Thanks

Are you sure parts are not missing? I would call the company and ask them. I’m sure they would know.

How soon can you take your baby jogging in his/her stroller?

Must it be in a jogging stroller?

6 months old and if you will be doing serious jogging it should be a jogging stroller. They have suspension, a fixed or fixable wheel, recline, appropriate tires and a usually a 5 point harness seat belt.

If you will be briskly walking it is not essential to have a special stroller.

what kind of jogging stroller should i buy?

im looking to buy a jogging stroller for my 4 month old daughter and i….anyone know of a particular model that works great and isnt to expensive???

I’ve heard that the BOB strollers are good jogging strollers, and again, the InStep seems to be becoming more popular and reasonably priced at less than $150.

i have a 4 year old and a newborn and would like a double jogging stroller that will fit them both?

I have heard about the sit-n-stand stroller but I am really hoping for a jogging stroller! Any ideas on where I can find one for an older child and a newborn (due in December)?

I love my Bob Revolution Duallie! It can take up to 100lbs in weight 50 in each seat and you can even get a car seat adapater for the infant seat. The only real downsize is the price, for the double it will run about 589.99 at babiesrus

AGE RECOMMENDATIONS

We recommend that your child should be at least 8 weeks old before riding in a BOB stroller. Please note that babies incapable of holding their head up must have additional head and neck support to ride safely and comfortably. For jogging or off-road stroller use, children should be at least 8 months old.

With the addition of the Infant Car Seat Adapter, newborns can safely ride in the stroller. This accessory will allow parents to use select Infant car Seats with single and double seat BOB Strollers, and will work with the best selling Infant Car Seat models available.

Consult with your pediatrician regarding the suitability of stroller use with your child.
WEIGHT LIMITS

Single-child BOB strollers have a weight limit of 70 lbs/32 kg. Duallie models have a weight limit of 100 lbs/45kg or 50 lbs/22.5 kg. per seat.

Jogging stroller – what psi to pump the wheels up to?

I just got a used Kool Stride jogging stroller (so no owner’s manual), and it has air valves on the tires. What should the tire pressures be on it? Thanks.

By the way, I read somewhere that the swiveling front wheel on the jogging stroller is unsafe. Why? (mine doesn’t have a swiveling front wheel, but just wondering).

There should be a set of numbers on the side of the tire telling you the safe range of air pressure.

It will vary depending no the weight of your stroller and cargo.

The tire should be firm so you have control and the tires don’t move from side to side, but not so hard that the tires don’t give at all.

The important thing to remember is not to let go off the handle.

That may seem simple but I have seen parents pushing the stroller ahead of themselves and then running to catch it, so that it was rolling for a long distance without someone gripping the handles and it was a good 10 feet in front of them.
